My name is Christine Smith, I am a certified Danielle Collins Face Yoga Expert teacher as well as a Certified Pilates instructor trained in The Body Control Method®, Reiki Master, Body Talk Access Technician and Acupressure. My passion is helping people reduce the amount of stress they carry around in their bodies so they can remember they are whole and complete.
I was drawn to the Danielle Collins
Face Yoga Method a few years ago when living briefly in the UK. The whole method Danielle has designed is
brilliant for reducing stress, tension, anxiety with the added benefits, of
toning the face, plumping up the collagen and elastin and also releasing
toxins. My own life over the last 5
years has been somewhat stressful and practicing The Danielle Collins Face Yoga
Method has helped release the stress and tension from my face and actually the
rest of me, and is the reason I wanted to become a teacher.
