I am a trained Face Yoga Teacher, trained in the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method, as well as completing the Acupressure Mastery Programme with Michael Reed Gach.   The benefits of Face Yoga/Acupressure are numerous.   Toned lifted facial muscles, release of tension and stress from the face and a general feeling of wellness and wholeness.  The use of acupressure can relieve, stress, anxiety, migraines, TMJ, insomnia.

I was also  trained in the Body Control Pilates® Method in 2007. Pilates for Bone Health (Osteoporosis).   Instructor/Urban Poling Instructor.

I have been a Reiki Practitioner since 2004, a Reiki Master since 2009. I love how Reiki enhances the bodies ability to heal and promote peacefulness and clarity, and use it daily on myself, family and my dog.

I am offering Private (or Skype), semi-private classes and will be offering workshops for Face Yoga.

Private sessions of Pilates and Reiki are also available.

Continuing Education:

I completed the 18 months Body Control Pilates® training course comprising of  anatomy and physiology, theory work and exams, practical exams, supervised teacher training, and two sign offs for completion, one sign off from Body Control Pilates® in the United Kingdom and one from Canada. There are lots of Pilates Instructors out there make sure yours has an acknowledged qualification.
